Friday (4th) was the best day this year for me !!!
It was the day of the AMD Graduate Fashion Show and it was unbelievably amazing! The 19 graduates of this year were showing their final collections on their own runway show, this must be an incredible feeling I guess.
This time the event took place downstairs at the BMW museum, where there's a great space.
Down there, was the catering, but even before we could get there a nice lady from the AMD asked us to take a picture of us on the red carpet, which was there, too. Of course we did it, it was kind of cool, you know, with the wall with all the sponsors on it in the back....
Then we got to know where our seats were. They were in part X in the second row (I was like yeah second row, that's very good. I thought they'd let us sit in the 8th row or so, what would've been very bad.) , another lady told us, so I took another glass of water and some pictures and then we went to our seats. But the lady was a bit wrong, cuz we sat in the first row! And now I was like: Hey, ít's getting better and better. I mean, the first time I was at a fashion show and I alread sat in the front row !!!!
At around 8 pm the show started. All in all there were 19 collections.

take a picture of all of them and the quality isn't that good, I know.
ENIGMA
Here are some of the outfits of every collection. I'm sorry I couldn't manage to
take a picture of all of them and the quality isn't that good, I know.
ENIGMA
A nordic, cold and frosty collection.
Those gloves look so warm. Would be perfect for
my always-cold fingers. :)
KO'KO
A pastel mint, grey and pure collection.
I think the skirts are wonderful.
RIEN NE VA PLUS
I like the shorts.♥
With muddy colors, leather straps and suspenders.
As I saw it I thought of camping and hiking.
LUX FERRE
Lovely dress with its little blue
overspray of paint.♥
This collection governed by translucent cloth,
white and gym shoes.
Lux ferre means invisible state.
UNCOMPROMISED
♥
♥
A collection with silver splendor, black, lacings, coat and fur,
a flared skirt, clogs and knee high stockings.
This collection is one of my favorites, it is reminiscent
of the alp, herdsmen and I like the red, blue and
white together.
TRÜMMERMENSCHEN
It is dominated by grey, dusky pink and bordeau red.
You can see knee high stockings, peter pan
collars, flannel and pleats.
FELIX OBLIVIO
A great coat.♥
A very elegant collection in grey and black.
I really liked the vest elements, you can see e.g.
on the last picture.
BERTINE OG PEDER
I'd buy it, Kristine!
♥
This collection with its norge influence is my
second favorite! The typical norwegian patterns,
check, knit, all interpreted in a very modern way
with the pink, purple and blue.
ENOUGH
A wonderful light and staight collection.
The trousers were roomy at the top and
tight at the lower leg, as you can see
on the first 2 pictures.
ECCE HOMO
The collection's name is latin and means 'Look, a human!'
With its heavy fabrics and the color combinationa it
appears to be very tough and robust.
ELLIOTS
♥
This collection is reminding me so much of exploring nights
on the attic. You know, like it is in the stories. The idea
with the keys is very good. Also one of my faves.
PEER & SOLVEIG
♥
So very romantic, the colors pale, brittle colors are
so wonderful powdery! It really is a favorite collection of mine.
MINDTRICK
Clean and pure with suede elements and - I'm
sorry I don't know it in english - aufgestzten Taschen
at the jackets, which seemed a bit like strait jackets.
The little boy is so cute!
DEMON IN MY VIEW
I like the artistic elements of this collection.
Have a look at the black shoes, they look like they've
been made from sticky tape!
CROSSROADS
♥
Great asymmetry in the frist picture! Again a collection
with more muddy colors and with shoulder pads.
TO YOU I BESTOW
♥
Because of the plastic elements the skirts etc.
get a gorgeous glint. I especially love the outfit from the last picture,
I would wear it like it is there! The socks are great, with their little applications.
WEGWEISER
Straight cuts with brown and beige, forest green and
white as colors combinations. Isabella showed bubble skirts,
ellbow patches, that went from the elbow down to the hem.
I think the stockings are brilliant, I think they were crocheted and
they are so delicate, so what I want to say: I'd buy them!
SENSE OF INTERIM
♥
Grey and white is always a good and elegant combination.
I think the contrast of body-con and roomy is great! I especially
mean the first picture. It's a collection full of folds and pleats, knurls
and diferent plys.
ZEITWESEN
And the last collection was again very artistic. You can find
the actual night blue in Anna's collection and she used silver and rosty red, too.
Her dresses seem to be from a different planet, but in a very good way!
I can say I really liked all of the collections! I tried to find my favorite but this was very hard, so I decided to have more than one favorite and in the end nearly every one was a favorite of mine.....
So, actually I liked every singel one!
This is a picture of the walk on of the models. I made a video of it, too!
I'm going to show it and all the other pictures to you soon! But I think this post's already
very very long, so I'm going to post the rest in another post!
Kisses, Nini.

ReplyDeleteLooks like it was a great show! Such good photos.
